Enhancing Performance by Proper Care and Storage of your Travel
Battery Pack and Charger
• DonotstoreyourTravelBatteryPackandChargereitherfullychargedordischarged.
It is best to store your Travel Battery Pack and Charger with 60% charge remaining. To
check the charge level of your Travel Battery Pack and Charger connect it to a power
source with a USB cable. Check the charge level lights for a 60% charge level.
• Avoidfrequentfulldischargesbecausethisputsadditionalstrainonthebatteryin
the Travel Battery Pack and Charger. Charge your Travel Battery Pack and Charger
between uses even if it is not fully discharged. The lithium-polymer battery used
in this product has nomemory effect.” Therefore, several partial discharges with
frequent recharges are better than one full discharge, and will help prolong the life of
your Travel Battery Pack and Charger. Short battery life in laptops is mainly caused by
heat, rather than charge/discharge patterns.

you are ready to dispose of the Travel Battery Pack and Charger, please contact the

Common Troubleshooting Steps
1. Un-plug and re-plug all connections.
2. Charge the Travel Battery Pack and Charger battery.
3. When your iPhone™/iPod Touch® is connected to the Travel Battery Pack and Charger
and the Travel Battery Pack and Charger is connected to a computer using a USB cable
the iPhone/iPod Touch will not synchronize with iTunes or transfer any data.
4. The power that is available from USB ports differs depending on their design. For the
fastest recharge time, use a USB port from a AC-USB adapter. Alternately connect
the battery pack to a USB port which is located on your PC or laptop. Do not recharge
using an auxiliary USB port on a keyboard or extension cable.
